Communal Dining, Free-Flow Boozy Beverages & Fireworks Galore
Situated in the heritage location of Customs House, Caffe Fernet offers unrivalled views of the State Flag Flypast and main fireworks display over Marina Bay despite the annual parade moving to the Padang this year.
Table packages at Caffe Fernet feature a delightful family-style course dinner and 3-hour free flow boozy beverage package. Guests can look forward to the return of the restaurant’s beloved Rendang Short Ribs alongside highlights such as Coal Kissed Hamachi and Otah & Prawn Tortellini in rich laksa butter, while the beverage offerings include the National Day exclusive Singapore Sling Slushie and signature cocktails like Aperol Spritz, as well as a selection of spirits, wines and beer.
A specially curated vegetarian menu is available. Families with children between ages of 6 to 11 may purchase a ticket for a four-course kids menu at $55 nett. Kids below the age of 6 years old dine free. Doors open at 5:00pm with dinner service beginning from 5:30pm. Free-flow drinks are available between 5:30pm to 8:30pm.

A Local Spin to Farm-to-Table Grill
Soak in the festivities at Rosemead with a slew of specials created for the occasion. Located in the heart of Singapore’s Central Business District, steps away from Raffles Place MRT, the farm-to-table American grill concept is anchored by the culinary philosophy of seasonality, freshness of ingredients and its natural flavours. From 8 to 12 August, dinner guests can expect a la carte dishes that pay homage to Singapore’s vibrant culinary heritage, in line with Rosemead’s bold, yet comforting flavours.
From Ah Hua Kelong, Wild Tiger Prawns are grilled and glazed in a tangy, lightly spiced tamarind sauce, served with a side of Californian salad featuring fresh greens from local farm BlueAcres. For a pasta option, Venus Clams cooked in white wine and tarragon are tossed with capellini in a rich “kam heong” base, aromatic with chilli, garlic and dried shrimp.
Don’t miss the tender Spicy Roast Chicken accompanied by tortilla and pineapple salsa. Artfully grilled over the hearth, it is finished with a sweet-and-spicy “masak merah” glaze - reminiscent of the local favourite chilli, sambal. Complete a celebratory meal with Rosemead Bakery’s fluffy Pandan Velvet Cake, served with coconut sorbet.
On 8 and 9 August, Rosemead will also be offering its Goodness Between Buns menu that runs exclusively during public holidays. Featuring three mouthwatering burgers served with crispy fries, indulge in stalwarts like the 45-Day Dry Aged Beef Burger and the vegetarian-friendly Portobello Burger. Befitting a nation of spicy chicken burger lovers, Rosemead’s special National Day special Spicy Fried Chicken Burger packs a punch with “masak merah” onions, cheddar, lettuce, and crispy, juicy chicken thigh.
