Chef Julien Royer, chef-owner of Three-Michelin-starred modern French restaurant Odette, will be hosted by JAG Chef Jeremy Gillon for one night only, in what will be one of Singapore’s ultimate dining events.
The worlds most sought-after Champagne, Champagne Salon 2008 Vintage will be unveiled for the first time in Singapore on Monday, 29th of November at an exclusive 12 seat table, offering Six Salon Champagne Paired Expressions at a sparkling price of $1,500++ per guest. Chefs Julien and Jeremy will use their highly celebrated innovative techniques to design three stunning dishes each for only 12 diners.
Hosted in the intimacy of JAG’s dining room, the evening will reach greater heights with Salon Champagne, one of the world’s most revered houses. JAG has been hand-picked as only the fourth restaurant in Singapore to curate an exclusive Salon Champagne-paired dinner in the city’s culinary history.
Each of the six dishes presented by the Chefs will be meticulously paired with a distinct Salon vintage. The evening will reach a pinnacle with the Grand Unveiling of the Champagne Salon 2008 Vintage.
Just 8,000 magnums were bottled in its cellars in Le Mesnil-su-Oger and, with infinite ageing potential, Salon’s 2008 vintage is one of the world’s most collectible wines. Salon will be represented by The Vintage Club, the official and exclusive importer and distributor of Salon Champagne in Singapore.
