California Wine Month 2023, a month-long celebration of California wine experiences, will return to Singapore from 1 – 30 June! Blessed with wonderful year-round weather that boasts abundant sunshine and cool coastal breezes as well as a diverse terroir that supports more than 110 grape varieties, California has long been known for its high-quality wines.
This second edition will feature over 30 restaurants, wine shops, gourmet stores and Fairprice supermarkets across the island. At these selected F&B outlets, customers can discover irresistible opportunities to explore the exciting world of California wines. In addition, e-commerce platforms LazMall and ShopeeMall; will also offer special online deals during the limited period.
At California Wine Month, there are plenty of wine experiences to choose from. For a gastronomic experience, Bedrock Origin has launched the Beef & Reef Series 2 menu ($168++ per pax), with an accompanying flight of wines from the Prisoner Wine Company ($78++ per pax) for the best pairing experience.
At Butcher’s Block, the Sommelier Flight ($148++) offers a chance to taste the lesser known region of the Russian River by cult wine producer Dominus Estate. To taste the versatility of California wines with Japanese cuisine, head down to Akanoya Robatayki & Grill, Yakiniquest, At Twenty and Sushi Mitsuya.
Other participating restaurants include one-Michelin star restaurants Whitegrass, Alma and New Ubin Seafood; American stalwarts Lawry’s, the Ranch, Rosemead and Cavemen Butchery, as well as other favourites such as Kai Garden, Casual 665 Degrees Fahrenheit, Southwest Punggol, Cibo and La Brasserie.

There’s always a good time to go wine shopping. Participating wine shops, as well as wine online retailers that include Hermitage Retail & Wine Bar, Corney & Barrow, Hai Choo Wines, Icon Wines, Enoteca, Grand Cru and WINEHOURS, have rolled out special discounts and promotions for a limited time.
ShopeeMall and LazMall will also be launching wine promotions at special prices, such as Kendall Jackson Vintner's Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon Red Wine at $56.44 (UP: $70.55) or Murphy's Goode California Pinot Noir Red Wine at $43.07 (UP: $57.45) until 30 June.
From 1 June to 5 July, NTUC FairPrice will also be rolling out weekend tastings at selected NTUC FairPrice Finest, NTUC FairPrice Hyper and NTUC FairPrice Supermarket outlets. California wines will also be offered at special prices at the supermarkets and NTUC Online.
