A notable highlight of the new stay package is The Clan Tonic, an exclusive festive cocktail inspired by the popular local dessert, Cheng Tng, which was first brought to the sunny shores by Teochew immigrants.
A modern interpretation of Cheng Tng, the refreshing cocktail infuses rum and high mountain Oolong tea with notes of goji, longan and red date, perfectly tied together with a citrusy twist of lemon and a velvety hint of white fungus. The cocktail is further elevated with dried garnishes including red date, longan and orange peel – ingredients typically found in a bowl of Cheng Tng. More than just a delicious tipple, The Clan Tonic is sure to add a memorable touch to your festive toast and celebrations.

During this hands-on workshop, guests will have the opportunity of crafting a leather cardholder, which is perfect for storing daily cards, business cards and even small dollar notes. Participants can also add a personal touch to their cardholder by debossing or hot- stamping initials, names, words, dates or even phrases.
In the three-hour workshop, participants can look forward to learning basic knowledge of leather, how to saddle stitch, tips on how to clean and care for leather and more.
