The academy strives in providing a conducive learning enviroment and a wide range of courses and programs on bakery, pastry, chocolates and barista training for commercial trainers, home and leisure bakers, amateurs and beginners in baking.
We also offer bakery consulting services to potential business owners nationwide and overseas such as recipe formulation, products development , hands-on training, troubleshooting and on-site consulting.
