We have stayed here for around 6 month and we were very pleasantly surprised about the enormous land of luxury and high standard service. We have met several staff and also the owner, John Spence. He was a very down to earth guy and explained what this all about and he wants to have everyone receive a wonderful experience, that's the most important thing, he says!
