The Podium Lounge Singapore stages a star-studded celebration to mark ten consecutive years at The Ritz-Carlton, Millenia Singapore with 10,000 guests, celebrities and superstars. The tenth anniversary of Singapore’s largest and most glamorous Formula One after-party, The Podium Lounge, hit a high note with over 10,000 guests who attended the celebrity-packed event that featured a mega line-up over the Formula One 2018 Singapore Airlines Singapore Grand Prix weekend.
The record-breaking weekend for The Podium Lounge, was kicked off on Friday (14th September) night with entertainment from members of two of the biggest boy bands in history, Boyzone and Westlife who formed the super-group Boyzlife. Keith Duffy (Boyzone) and Brian McFadden (Westlife) performed a dozen of their respective biggest chart hits to an adoring crowd, whilst their amusing anecdotes and intimate stage antics had the audience in laughter.
Friday night also saw Formula 1 racing icon and former team owner Eddie Jordan and British Formula 1 racing legend David Coulthard dancing front row by The Podium Lounge’s luminary runway, featuring the nightly Fashion Circuit with EGO Brand Apparel and The EGO Lifestyle by Strawn Holmes.

Super Saturday was a champagne-popping feast for the senses, with Good Charlotte frontman, and The Voice Australia coach, Joel Madden hitting the decks and cranking up the party-vibe to epic proportions. The multi-talented performer pumped up the energy with his high-octane hip-hop styled DJ set, that left the late-night party-crowd wanting more. Brian McFadden (Westlife) returned for a second night to join Joe Hahn from Linkin Park on stage during Madden’s roof-raising 90-minute performance.

Sunday night was another sell-out show with worldwide musical sensation Taboo, a member of Grammy Award winning urban group The Black Eyed Peas who hit the stage in front of a sea of fans who’d come specially to catch his live show. The acclaimed artist kicked off what felt like a private concert to 3,300 guests, with his chart hit ‘Let's Get It Started’ to a roaring crowd for an electric performance on stage for 40minutes, before jumping into the DJ-booth and pumping out hit-after-hit for the next hour.

The grand finale of the evening was when 2018 Singapore Airlines Singapore Grand Prix winner, Lewis Hamilton arrived with his massive entourage into the VVIP area to celebrate his spectacular Marina Bay Street Circuit Win with several Methuselah's of G.H. Mumm champagne whilst partying it up to the back-to-back closing sets by Podium Lounge Resident DJs Miles Slater and Patrick Oliver.
Acro-aerialist troupe from Australia, Black Swans
A host of international and local celebrities graced the event including super-illusionist, Joe Labero who flew in from Las Vegas, along with local celebrities Paul Foster and May Wan; and radio personalities, Yasminne Cheng and Simone Heng. All three nights featured the incredible Black Swans an acro-aerialist troupe from Australia, who’s dazzling combination of choreographed dance, contortion and aeralism had the 3,300 nightly guests clamoring to get a close-up look of the magic unfolding on the Peroni runway.
