National Car Rentals Pte Ltd – a 100% subsidiary of Avis Budget Group, Inc. – operates the Avis brand, one of the most recognized car rental brands in the global vehicle rental industry through a network of five locations at 390A Havelock Road, #01‐07 Waterfront Plaza, Singapore 169664, and three airport locations in Changi International Airport at Terminal 1, Terminal 2 and Terminal 3.

A combined fleet of over 600 over vehicles (including limousine vehicles) with a range of 91 different models from 19 car manufacturers are available.

The company’s revenues are derived principally from car rental services, vehicle leasing services, limousine and transfer services in our company‐owned operations and include (i) daily rental fees charged to our customers for car rental services, (ii) reimbursement from our customers for certain operating expenses we incur, including petrol, (iii) sales of collision damage waivers and insurance and rentals of navigation units and other items in conjunction with car rental services (iv) monthly leasing fees charged to our customers for vehicle leasing services and (v) fees charged to our customers for limousine and transfer.
