Nothing could be better than sipping on a delicious cocktail, taking a dip, and taking in the most amazing views of Singapore.
Singapore, an island nation in Southeast Asia, is a place of incredible natural beauty. The people of Singapore hold their culture and traditions close but love to share them with visitors to their country, which makes it an excellent place for tourists to enjoy and explore. Luxury is a way of life here if you know where to go and what to do.
The city is beautiful; there's an appealing combination of natural beauty, innovative modern architecture, and culturally valuable historical sites. The best way to view this city is from above, so finding out where all the rooftop hotspots and pools are for leisurely sips and soaks is essential. We have the list that will keep you on track for your visit.
The Best Rooftop Bars
Nothing is quite as relaxing and refreshing as sipping a drink and looking out over stunning Singapore after you disembark from your private jet, and these places are the best of the best to do so.
Lantern
Perched atop the Fullerton Bay Hotel, Lantern is an intimate bar with a pool and an incredible view of the city’s historical Civic District and the gorgeous Marina Bay.
The drinks are something special, crafted by bartenders and mixologists who know what they’re doing. Signature drinks include the Fullerton Sling and the Heritage Negroni, which you can pair with luxury bar snacks like grilled lobster quesadillas and salted egg fried wings that are five-star restaurant-worthy if you ask us. You can watch the world go by from a plush sofa and forget your troubles for a while.

Lady Wu
This place is buzzing every night, so if you want a quick and quiet drink, try somewhere else. However, if you’re looking for an excellent vibe and menu, Lady Wu is just right for you. The view of the CBD from this bar, especially in the evenings, is breathtaking. This attic bar takes its name from the first and only Chinese female ruler, Wu Zen Tian, and aims to make every female patron’s experience as entertaining and exciting as possible. Men are welcome at the bar, too, of course.
This vibrant, often raucous (in a good way) venue frequently hosts live bands. The cocktail selection is widely varied, from Genie in a Teapot, which is light and floral, to the free bottle of prosecco that ladies in groups of four or more are given for free every Wednesday between 5 pm and 10 pm. This is an excellent choice for a night out with your closest girlfriends!

Mr Stork Rooftop Bar
Chill out in a plush, comfy teepee on the 39th floor of the Andaz Singapore at Mr Stork. The lush greenery that populates this rooftop bar transforms it into a jungle oasis with panoramic city views of Singapore’s incredible skyline. The pavilion bar is something to see: a striking bronze creation that's a perfect backdrop for a picture-perfect Instagram photo of your night out. A cobbled path winds around the entire rooftop level, ideal for a stroll and some fresh air.
The drinks are distinctive and innovative, especially the Choose Ruby, a combination of ginger, lemon, vermouth, fresh mint, and Ceylon arrack, all served in an elephant mug. Wondering what that looks like? Why not visit this unique bar and find out?

The Best Rooftop Pools
Singapore can get hot, so take a dip in these stunning rooftop pools to beat the heat.
Hotel Indigo Singapore Katong
The rooftop pool attached to this beautifully designed urban hotel (on the 16th floor) is like something out of a magazine. Azure blue tiles coat the walls and floor of this substantially sized infinity pool; when the sun is shining, it's the only place you’ll want to be. You get a swim, excellent service, and a fantastic view of the historic storefronts in this vibey neighbourhood.
Courtyard by Marriott Singapore Novena
Oasis is the best word to describe this setup, especially considering it's the crowning glory of one of the greenest hotels anywhere in the world. This five-star, sustainability-oriented hotel is nothing short of majestic, as are the views from the wellness floor, where the pool is located. The floor's design is beautiful, featuring cabanas resembling bird cages and a gorgeous garden walkway with actual waterfalls. Soak up all of this and the city view for a few hours, and you’ll feel like a new person.

This one has a swim-up bar, a jacuzzi, a kiddie's pool, innovative modern architecture, and gorgeous city views.
JEN Singapore Orchardgateway by Shangri-La
Stretching almost from one end of the roof to the other, the pool deck and pool atop the JEN Singapore are a hideaway where you’ll want to build a treehouse. This “hidden” refuge from the city’s fast pace is unbelievable. Bamboo huts, soft sun loungers, greenery everywhere you look, and views for miles and miles. The pool is a whopping 47m long, and massages are available in the cabanas as an optional extra.
