Jurong Bird Park, River Safari and Singapore Zoo will reopen to public on 6 July 2020. Night Safari remains closed for now.
The safety and well-being of guests, staff and animals are the priority. The facilities have put in place the necessary Safety Management Measures to allow you and your family to have safe outings to these parks.
Please expect some changes to the parks and be guided by the measures, so everyone can enjoy a meaningful wildlife experience in a safe and healthy environment.
While not all activities will be immediately available, there is still much to enjoy in the wide open spaces of the parks with the animal family.
The parks are currently operating with limited capacity. Entry to parks will be time-based, so make sure to purchase your tickets online and select your entry time before you visit. Visits are limited to five guests per group.
Members (Individuals & Family Members) can book their visit date and time to the park through the membership portal.
Admission tickets with timed entry can be purchased online.
Please arrive no later than 45 minutes from your selected time. If the park’s capacity has been reached, you may be required to wait till there is availability.
Single Entry Point
There is only one point of entry, so follow the signs to the park entrance. Take your temperature and log your visit with SafeEntry.
Wear Your Mask
Keep your mask on at all times in the parks. Reusable masks are also available for purchase at the parks retail shops.
Arrive on Time
Arrive no later than 45 minutes from your selected entry time. This will help to keep waiting time to a minimum.
Present Your E-Ticket
Present your e-ticket or membership card at the park entrance.
Follow Safe Distancing Measures
Maintain a safe distance between each other, especially in high traffic areas and queues. Remember, entry is only for up to 5 guests per group.
Suspension of Activities
Some experiences, programmes and animal exhibits may be temporarily closed to keep everyone safe. Check out what you can plan to see and do.
Keep Clean
Hand sanitisers are available all around the parks, andall parks are stepping up frequency of cleaning and disinfection.
