RETURNS POLICY - For goods delivered in Singapore and Overseas
> Should you wish to return one or more items because you have changed your mind or are not fully satisfied (do let us know how we can help!), follow these steps:
1- email us HERE within 2 working days from the date the goods were delivered to your home;
2- Send us back the good(s) you want to return within 14 working days. Goods must be unused and in perfect condition, with the original packaging. We reserve the right to deduct 30% off the original value of any item if they are returned scratched or dismantled. Please note the cost of returning the goods is at your own expense;
3- You will be refunded within 15 working days of our receipt of the goods.
> If you have received an incorrect or defective item (we apologise for this!):
- email us HERE pictures of the item(s) and your order number within 48 hours from the date you received the goods.
- Send us back the item(s) within 14 working days. Please note the cost of returning the goods is at your own expense;
- We will do our best to replace the item(s) if available, or give you a refund on the items within 15 working days.
