Don't answer any issues that you have.......I have tried to comment on the high levels of Mould, which was evident in my move, but they don't seem concerned as they have not even replied to written or email correspondence.
I called Allied Pickfords for a quote when we were leaving Singapore about a year ago and they had a very good attention to details, questions asked all very relevant. In the end, we did not go with this company because of my husband took it upon himself to book a move without final consultation with me:-( but I just wanted to take the opportunity to congratulate you on your personal service and care you give your callers.
