What would I have done without this website?! I searched and searched this site for weeks before moving here. It gave me a great sense of the market (price, locations, what's 'out there', etc.) Ultimately, we visited about a dozen places I'd found through Property Guru, and then found our place. The pictures are not always accurate!
Good place to look around the different types of houses and prices, but I've responded to dummy ads and got non-responsive agents. Days later, I find myself receiving lots of spam SMSes on launches at places I don't even care for. Don't leave down your details! Call the agent directly (not with your mobile phone) if you want to know more about the property that you are interested in and check for hidden prices.
