Lalamove delivers to any location within Singapore.
Fragile items (such as cupcakes and glassware) and items requiring assembly are not recommended for delivery on the platform. Lalamove will not liable for damages related to such deliveries.
Once an order has been placed for immediate delivery, your items will be delivered within 55 min after the driver picks up the items.
For van and lorry orders with moving services, deliveries will be completed within 2 hours.
An additional charge applies for restricted zones such as Jurong Island, Jurong Port, PSA Ports, SATS, Aerospace zones, Shipyards, Airline Road, Airport Cargo Road, Airport zones, ALPS Ave, Camps, Checkpoints, Construction sites, and Supply bases.

I read the comments from the dude below and I totally disagree. I have only had good dealings with lalamove. I have used then at least 6 times in the past few years and I have nveer experienced any problem whatsoever with the service. All of the drivers have been helpful, on time and on budget. When I rerad reviews about services it really is very one sided as all the facts are never as they are. As a consumer I always do my due diligence and make sure the service I am emplying will deliver. When you are quoted a price with Lalamove that is the price - end of story. If you are asked to pay more iut must be the consequence of some other issues like, the size of the object being moved are bigger thn what was suggested in the quote, or some other factors.
I booked Lalamove services last 5th for my moving. Initially I had booked one driver and 2 helpers, so I contacted the driver in advance to tell him about the things to carry, etc. The day of the move 2 girls showed up, one of them was the driver (first irregular issue). The initial deal was 98sgd, but the girl boss said as it was a walk-up apartment they charge 10sgd per person and per flight, so there were 6 flights, means 120sgd plus 98. I agreed on that and they started to carry things to the van. Because it was very hot and i had many things, the girl boss started to feel bad and she said she needed a break cause she hadnt had her breakfast. After that I helped them carrying my things. They realized there were too many things and they called another van, that i also paid the driver 38sgd. After we all brought my things to my new place, the girl boss told me there was a mistake and she told me the total price was not 120 (plus 30 for wrapping the tv) but 240sgd, so at the end I paid 368SGD. I asked for a detailed bill and she just sent me, by email (I havent get any paper document yet and she blocked me in whatsapp, I dont know why) a receipt without any details or explanations.
Because of this, I DONT RECOMMEND at all Lalamove, because they are not professional/serious at all. You can find much better companies in Carousell.
Here lies the problem. You say you were quoted $98 at the start but you should have already mentioned it was 5 flights of stairs and no lift. This is where your expectation fails. Whenever you book a service you must be transparent. If I was the organiser of the job( and I knew all the details - which you did not give in the quote request ) I would have sent two burly men to do the job as 5 flights of stairs and many possessions needing to be moved is a lot to ask anyone let alone a women who had not had breakfast.
Fuss free express delivery. Would definitely recommend to others who needs items to be delivered immediately.

I'm use only their bike and car Service. light and small items within an A4 box is easier for these group of driver. most of them are very nice and really working hard for a living. their Service are efficient and solve many of our urgent cases in the office
