The team now consists of over 160 employees and has since expanded their product range to include over 20,000 items under an ever-broadening range of furniture, home decor and lifestyle items. Warranty Claim Process
Send an Email to our Customer Service Team (cs@fortytwo.sg) with the following: 

  • Order Invoice Number.
  • Date of Purchase.
  • A photo of the defect and a brief explanation of the issue.

Our Customer Service Team will be in contact to arrange for a suitable timing for our Service Team to assess the product. In most cases, repair services will be provided. However, if the product is deemed beyond repair by our Service Team, an exchange for an identical or similar item of equal value will be provided, subject to availability. 

If the item is no longer sold by FortyTwo Pte Ltd, we will provide an appropriate replacement. It is FortyTwo Pte Ltd that determines, at its sole discretion, what constitutes an appropriate replacement.

FortyTwo Pte Ltd reserves the right to make the final decision on whether to repair or exchange the product, as well as the appropriate replacement product, should an exchange be necessary.
