Elements Concept is happy to deliver your order to any address in Singapore. We deliver using our delivery team or external couriers. We aim to deliver your order within 3-4 business days.
Online purchases up to $299 - $30 delivery fee
Delivery is FREE for online purchases of $300 and above
For any changes/enquiries regarding a confirmed delivery schedule you can contact us at: hello@elementsconcept.com.
Alternatively, you can choose to collect your order from our store at 420 Joo Chiat Road (Monday to Saturday 10am-6pm, Sunday 12pm-5pm). We will inform you when your order is ready for collection. No costs are charged for collection.
Orders are to be collected / delivered within 4 weeks after placing the order or, in case of a pre-order, after arrival of the shipment with this order. To store products longer than 4 weeks, we will need to charge a fee per week, based on the volume.
