What would you like your audience to take away from your paintings?
A reflection of themselves, a bit of life itself, a smile, a flower, a joy, a tear, perhaps a memory. We are mirrors to each other. They could also take just a beautiful painting to complement their life, to bring colour to their home or office. I am very comfortable with that too. I am happy that they take it, as they take a piece of my soul.

I had the pleasure of having a private audience with Eugenia at "The Studio" this week. This is an extraordinary space that houses some of the most inspiring artwork I have seen in months. Her style is optimistic, provocative, intensely compelling and technically articulate. A new artist with a soul of nine lives.
