Being an active triple jumper for several years I realized the importance of feeding my body the right way.
Seeing my performance drop drastically whilst eating not enough and the wrong things I became more and more interested in the effect nutrition has on your body. I started to read different books, scan the Internet for useful information and practice different kind of diets – just to realize that without proper education you get lost in all the myth circulating in the World Wide Web.
Therefore I decided to become a nutritionist and got my diploma as nutritionist in 2015 in Switzerland.
With the new knowledge and everything I have learnt from my own experience I want to help people nurture their happiness with the right food. Studies have shown that there is a strong connection from your gut to your brain. Feeding your body correctly will brighten up your mood.
It is not easy to balance a healthy lifestyle with a busy working schedule.
Having worked 5 years as group controller for the biggest chocolate and cocoa manufacturer I know exactly what is necessary to succeed.
If your food habits do not fit into your daily schedule you won’t keep it up for long. Therefore there is no diet that fits all – an individually balanced nutrition is key to a long-lasting healthy lifestyle.
