Founded in 2011 with the belief that movement does not have to be limited by age or pain, Breathe Pilates is one of Singapore’s largest Pilates and GYROTONIC® studios. The studio offers a range of Pilates and GYROTONIC® classes, including postnatal, prenatal, and rehabilitative exercises, across their four outlets – Novena Medical Centre, Parkway Centre, Galaxis, and 6 Raffles Quay. The studio is also the Licensed Training Centre for Merrithew in Singapore and an education host centre for the GYROTONIC® method. Keeping in mind that each person has different needs and personal goals, the team is passionate towards creating an environment where everyone is mutually encouraged to attain their unique fitness targets.
