RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
You can return your order within 14 calendar days (for Singapore orders) and 45 calendar days (for overseas orders) upon the date of purchase. All items returned have to be in their original condition - attached with original tag, unworn, unaltered and purchased directly from klarra.com only. Items will be inspected upon reaching the warehouse. Do note that each order is only valid for one-time exchange and returns/exchanges are not allowed for Sale items or orders using special promotional codes.
