Our circular Carrot Credit Recycling System encourages recycling through rewards. Every piece from Tortoise comes with a set amount of Carrot Credits that are rewarded when well-loved pieces are sent back to us for recycling or upcycling. These Carrot Credits can be used to subsidise future orders, or be gifted to loved ones or any charity of choice!
To facilitate this Carrot Credits Returns process, we’ve also designed our packaging to be equally waste-free and circular. Made of recycled PET plastic, Tortoise TotePacks are dual-purpose – serving as both parcel mailers as well as tote bags.
