Sit back, relax, and revel in wine every Wednesday evening, with house reds, whites and bubbles on free flow, an exclusive wine menu on special offer and light bites to pair with each sip.
For those interested in indulging in the free-flow option, enjoy unlimited pours of Italian and French house wines at $39++ from 6 pm to 8 pm, or $45++ from 6 – 9 pm.
Branching out to the rest of the specially curated wine list, highlights from the white section include the tropical and refreshing 2018 Silvio Carta Vermentino from Sardinia ($22 per glass, $106 per bottle) and the sophisticated 2017 Sebastian Dampt Chablis from Burgundy ($118 per bottle).
Summerlong guests who prefer reds can sip on the robust 2014 Katogi Averoff Xinomavro from Naoussa in northern Greece ($90 per bottle) or the smooth, dry 2018 Paolo d’Amico, a Sangiovese/Merlot blend from Umbria ($78 per bottle).
For a fun, fruity alternative, explore rosés with the 2017 Rosato del Golfo from Puglia ($19 per glass, $95 per bottle), or the crisp 2017 Les Sardines from Provence, France ($16 per glass, $76 per bottle).
For a sparkling mid-week celebration, treat yourself to the Botter Extra Dry Prosecco ($16 per glass, $78 per bottle) or the Perlino Spumante Grande Cuvee Brut ($18 per glass, $90 per bottle).
With a wide range of bottles available featuring different regions, grapes and styles, the new offer gives wine lovers of all palates a perfect opportunity to taste a variety of exquisite wines.
A curated canapé menu of classic Mediterranean-inspired bites complements the wine offerings. Seafood lovers can savour the Herb Marinated Octopus with creamy Potato Puree ($6++ per piece) and Crispy Baby Squid, accompanied with zingy pickled cucumber ($6++ per piece).
Vegetarian options are also available, including Pita with creamy Hummus and Avocado ($5++ per piece), and Tomato Bruschetta, topped with Burrata and Garlic Dust ($5++ per piece).
