On Tuesday 14 February 2023, the gastro-bar is launching an exclusive one-day promotion created specially for friends, colleagues, and families to come together over Binary’s food and drinks.
To commemorate the spirit of love, groups of 3 and 4 will enjoy discounts of 30% and 40% respectively on food and selected beverages, while groups of 5 or more will get to enjoy stellar discounts of 50%.
At Binary, guests can enjoy a variety of Asian and Western dishes – where flavours complement and bring out the best in each other. Indulge in the Homemade Kubaneh Bread ($14++), where the signature light and airy pull-apart rolls are accompanied by house-blended garlic butter and kombu butter.
Luxuriate in the Korean Gochujang Iberico PLUMA ($38++), where premium pork loin is marinated in the iconic spicy-sweet Korean paste and beautifully charred to perfection. The melt-in-your-mouth meat is served with fresh green coral lettuce, ssamjang sauce, chopped kimchi and sea salt to enhance the meal experience.
Drinks complement the food like a binary star. At the gastro-bar, a medley of beverages, ranging from wines and cocktails to non-alcoholic drinks is perfect for toasting to any occasion. Cheers to friendships with the Binary Craft Brew ($16++ per pint), a cream ale created exclusively for Binary by local brewery Rye & Pint.
The cream ale offers a smooth mouthfeel with notes of corn and caramel, before finishing with a subtle barley sweetness. Guests can also revel in quality house pours by the glass thoughtfully curated from Binary’s extensive wine collection.
