Celebrate love in style with the Valentine’s Day Lunch Set Menu($188), perfect for couples who want to jump-start on this day of endearment. Inspired by the idea of “pairs” and “couples”, Fat Cow offers the main course, the Miyazaki Wagyu Hitsumabushi, as a dish that can be enjoyed in two ways – as a donburi and as an ochazuke.
Valentine’s Day Dinner Set Menu
For those who prefer “late” night indulgence, the Valentine’s Day Dinner ($288) offers an unforgettable burst of umami flavour through its succulent dishes. Setting the tone for the night are the Zensais – Japanese appetisers, featuring the Yasai Wagyu Maki – juicy wagyu beef wrapped around kaiware sprouts, and the Wagyu Aburi Kinomeae – seared to perfection with a touch of spring from the kinome leaf.
Both Menus end on a sweet note – a combination of yuzu sorbet, house-made yoghurt and matcha mousse, and a freeze-dried strawberry with chocolate: a redolent of Japan.
