Named in honour of a remarkable woman who found solace in the comforting embrace of coffee and toast during her battle with cancer, the cafe is a testament to love, resilience, and the connections food creates. “To my mum, these meals were more than just food; they were small joys that brought comfort even in the toughest times,” reflects Shaun Ong. Together with his partner, Ethel Tan, he envisioned a space where stories and traditions could thrive, bringing families and friends together over heartfelt meals.
