The assortment of six antipasti also includes seasonal oysters, snow crab salad, and assorted cold cuts. Two primi dishes – risotto with smoked scamorza truffle sauce and Black Angus beef lasagne – are followed by hearty mains.
Roasted lamb leg, a classic Tuscan Easter dish, is enveloped in a crust of pistachios, and complemented with mustard jus. The flavoursome roast is served together with almond and dill gratinated New Zealand salmon with saffron sauce.
