Lion Brewery Co. welcomes families to celebrate Mother's Day with a vivid semi-buffet fare and live entertainment on Sunday, May 12, 2024, from 11:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. This event is intended to please mothers and entertain the entire family in the brewery's bustling taproom.
The semi-buffet costs S$68++ for adults and S$20++ for children under 12, and includes a selection of main courses such as delicious Pan-seared Norwegian Salmon with pink pepper cream sauce and Roasted Prosciutto-wrapped Pork Loin with port wine and fig jus.
Guests can pair their entrees with a variety of hot side dishes, like velvety potatoes au gratin and roasted honey-glazed carrots. The salad section offers a variety of fresh, free-flowing salads to round out the eating experience. Dessert enthusiasts can indulge in an exquisite spread of French pastries, walnut brownies, and small meringue lemon tarts, encouraging everyone to take seconds.
Lion Brewery Co serves free-flowing Aperol Spritz for S$60 and a mimosa bar for S$12++ a glass. To begin the celebration, guests are offered a complimentary drink of wine, Prosecco, or other refreshing beverages.
