Helmed by Genevieve Lee, this bakery is the epitome of creativity. Each of their dishes is loaded with flavours bursting in your mouth from the very first bite. Watch out for mouth watering treats like blueberry and lemon thyme, Basque burnt cheesecake, lavender lime mascarpone, hojicha caramel and of course, the Cinnabombe. Oh and did you know that the fine folks at SAB have opened up an outlet at Park Mall where they serve specialties like cold brew coffee, homemade Kombucha and dairy free tea lattes.
