Saint Pierre has introduced a Weekday À La Carte Lunch Menu to meet the changing needs of its customers. This novel innovation appeals to clients who want a quick yet personalised eating experience despite their hectic schedules.

Chef-owner, Emmanuel Stroobant (pictured below) states, "Saint Pierre's new lunch format reflects the team's dedication to meeting our valued guests where they are at and prioritising their needs." The menu, which has been meticulously crafted, has several options, allowing customers to create their own lunch experience. Guests can choose from four starters, five mains, and four desserts, all of which highlight the restaurant's signature Asian-accented contemporary French cuisine.

The efficient service ensures that customers can eat two dishes in an hour and three courses in less than 90 minutes. This effective approach not only accommodates a wide range of preferences, but also ensures that guests arrive at their business or next appointment on time.

Starters include the Shizuoka King Crab, which consists of king crab legs cooked à l'étouffée with a ragout of borlotti beans and other seasonings. The Périgord Black Winter Truffle, a plant-forward treat kissed with cumin and served with umami-infused vegetable jus, is one of the main courses. For individuals who enjoy seafood, alternatives like Brittany Blue Lobster tempt the taste buds.

Desserts like Le Lectier Pear and Tochiotome Strawberry, which end the dinner on a sweet note, offer a lovely culinary trip. Patrons looking for a savoury treat can also order the artisanal Cheese Selection with truffle honey.

Menu options may vary depending on the seasonal availability of ingredients. The Weekday À La Carte Lunch Menu is available from Wednesday to Friday (excluding public holidays), with prices ranging at $60++ for a starter, $120++ for a main, and $40++ for dessert.

​​​​​​​In addition to this new menu, Saint Pierre will continue to serve its famed 3-course and 4-course set lunches from Wednesday to Saturday (except public holidays), as well as its lavish 7-course tasting menus for lunch and supper.
