They've prepared Move & Wave so that you can get a good high-calorie burn workout with Limitless while your kids can enjoy a sports class by Sportify Kids and you both can enjoy a good time by the pool, enjoy good food at Rumours Beach Club.
Dive into the inviting pool or lounge over good food with children after the invigorating workout. Accelerate your recovery with a dip in an ice-bath and a bottle of cold-pressed juice by Re.juve. The inaugural session begins this Sunday so see you there!
The adult classes by Limitless are suitable for all fitness levels, 45mins HIIT workout which incorporates mobility work, bodyweight exercises, speed shuttles, and core work.
The kids classes by Sportify Kids (ages 4-10 years old) are multi-sport classes that allow kids to develop sporting fundamentals and values through proven pedagogy. The coaches use a value-based approach to guide the kids to achieve their learning outcomes, providing them with targeted feedback and progression checklists. The kids will not only have lots of fun while learning, but they will also build values and valuable relationships leading them to long-term sporting development.
