If you've been a fan of Singapore's beloved food, Roti Prata, you're in for a treat at Holiday Inn Singapore Atrium! Its Halal-certified buffet establishment, Atrium Restaurant, will be offering uniquely crafted Roti Pratas till 30 September 2021.
Available for buffet only, the curation includes three types of sweet and savoury Pratas. Mango & Coconut Prata - The quirky combination of mango and coconut with prata creates a fruity fun gastronomical experience for the young and old. Creamy and sweet, dip your prata in warm coconut sauce that accompanies the dish!
Chocolate & Banana Prata - Our seasonal Chocolate & Banana Logcake has always been well-loved by many and that’s exactly what inspired us to create this dish. Travel back to good old times with the sweetness of chocolate sauce drizzled over banana slices wrapped with the savory goodness of prata.
Durian Prata (only available on Saturdays & Sundays) - After a long week of work, reward yourself with bittersweet and creamy durian puree tucked neatly in a crispy layer of prata. A must-try if you're a huge fan of this exotic fruit.
