Introducing JAG, a fantastic restaurant in Singapore serving up French cuisine with a contemporary twist! Here, it's all about good vibes and amazing food. The restaurant was founded in 2018 by friends Chef Jeremy Gillon and Restaurateur Anant Tyagi. They have a completely individualised discovery menu with a focus on vegetables. They provide something for everyone, regardless of whether you enjoy seafood or herbs. What's this? Just one year after opening in Singapore, JAG was awarded its first Michelin star! And guess what once more? They've managed to hang onto that star for four amazing years.
