Settle in at celebrity chef Nancy Silverton’s Osteria Mozza from 7 to 9 April with a five-course set dinner menu and enjoy an authentic Cal-Italian feast throughout the celebratory Easter weekend in the restaurant’s charming and rustic setting. On Easter Sunday, guests can also enjoy the spread during lunch hour.
Stars of the seasonal menu include the starter Spring Minestrone Verde with Pistachio Pesto, and antipasti options of Radicchio, Fennel and Olive Panzanella. For mains this Easter, guests can choose between Spiced Spring Lamb with fresh herbs and yoghurt or Braised Chicken Leg with grapes and fennel. To complete the meal, dessert is a refreshing Melon Sorbetto with crème fraiche, orange blossom, seasonal fruits, Manuka honey and Sicilian pistachios.
Accompanying the seasonal menu are three cocktails priced at $26++ per glass, specially crafted for Easter, that complement the flavours of each dish. A modern take on the New York Sour is Chalice Harmony that combines Bourbon, maple syrup and fresh lemon in a delightfully sweet yet tart cocktail.
Rum lovers will enjoy Saved By The Blood which also features blood orange and red wine with rosso vermouth. The final cocktail in the menu is Buona Pasqoa that combines gin with lavender syrup, and a cranberry finish with tonic.
