There’s nothing quite more elegant than delicious Spanish Tapas with their zesty flavours and their ability to go with wine or just about any drink.
If you don’t want to burn a hole in your pocket, we’ve got you five great restaurants serving flavourful tapas on the island, and the bill won’t hurt your budget. So, let’s head out this weekend, shall we?
My Little Tapas Bar
A fresh concept by owners of My Little Spanish Place, My Little Tapas Bar offers four varieties of hand-carved Spanish ham, cheese, boutique wines and indigenous varieties of Spanish wine, and of course, mouth-watering tapas. We love their Croquetas De Jamón, Albóndigas, Salmón Curado, Gambas Al Ajillo, and Coca De Probadura. If you’re hungry, you can also go for their Paella De Marisco made with prawns, clams, calamari & mussels or their delicious mains like Iberico Pork in a sherry reduction sauce. Al Forno Tapas & Wine Bar

Adding a little Italian twist to the concept of tapas, Al Forno serves nosh to satiate your stomach as well as your tastebuds. Amongst the tapas, we recommend their cheese-filled Mozzarella Sticks, Arancini Di Riso, and Homemade Beef Meatballs served with a four-cheese sauce. Their Burrata Cheese with cherry tomatoes is the star out here, but the mains like Homemade Beef Lasagna and Seafood Rigatoni Pasta in a pink sauce also shine and sparkle. Each of their desserts is irresistible, but if you’re going for just one, do relish their Gelato Con Banana. Image Credit: Al Forno Tapas & Wine Bar Website Gallery
Tapas Club

Every weekend deserves a glass or two of Spanish wine and finger-licking tapas like Octopus Ceviche, Patatas Bravas, Ham Croquettes, Cachopo with Fries, and Clams with sherry, garlic, and parsley. While the vast list of tapas at Tapas Club will urge you to order plate after plate, we do recommend you to save some space for their Ink Squid Paella because it's worth every morsel. End your meal by munching on churros dunked in chocolate! Image Credit: Tapas Club Singapore Facebook Page
My Little Spanish Place
One of the finest Spanish restaurants on the island, My Little Spanish Place is the coming together of two culinary geniuses - Maria Sevillano and Edward Esmero. We love their signatures - Pulpo De La Casa featuring grilled octopus’ leg with romesco sauce & saffron potato puree and Tapa De Entrecot, a black angus beef ribeye tapa with potato puree and veal jus. The food is so good you might want to lick your plate!
Bam Restaurant
Sip on some sake as you tuck into a Jamón Ibérico de Bellota on a Coca Bread along with cherry tomatoes. Yup, you guessed it, it's a fusion between the best nosh Japan and Spain have to offer, and it all finds a spot at this beautiful place in Singapore, Bam Restaurant. Relish tapas like Sakura Ebi Spanish Fritters, Cherry Gazpacho with salted mascarpone & coffee soil, and Ginger Flower Sherbet Ice Cream. You can also go for a set lunch or a seven-course omakase meal. Image Credit: Bam Restaurant Facebook Page
