Peppermint invites diners to embark on a gastronomic journey to Korea with its exclusive all-you-can-eat Korean buffet, Seoul Good. From 5 May until 31 May 2023, indulge in a wide array of delectable Korean dishes featuring classic flavours and signature spices, all crafted by Peppermint's Chef de Cuisine Leon Yee and his Culinary team.
Experience signature Korean dishes, such as Samgyetang (Ginseng Chicken Soup), Jjajangmyeon (Noodles with Chicken in Black Bean Sauce), Beef Bulgogi (Korean Grilled Black Angus Beef), Gogi-Gul (Grilled Korean Premium Meat, served with Lettuce and Condiments), Sundubu Jjigae (Spicy Soft Tofu Stew with Seafood), Bibimbap (Korean Mixed Vegetables Rice), Budae Jjigae (Army Stew) and more.
Along with these delicious main dishes, savour the line-up of Korean side dishes, including Baechu Kimchi (Cabbage Kimchi), Eomuk Bokkeum (Spicy Fish Cake), Gim Gui (Roasted Sesame Seaweed), and Yeongeun Jorim (Sweet Soy Braise Lotus Roots).
Adding to the excitement, Seoul Good will also feature a selection of Korean street food favourites, including Nakji Bokkeum (Spicy Stir-fried Octopus), Dakkkochi (Korean Spicy Chicken Skewers), and Dakgangjeong (Korean Chicken Nuggets) served with Tteokbokki (Hot and Spicy Korean Rice Cake). These mouth-watering treats will transport diners to the bustling streets of Korea.
To end the meal on a sweet note, diners can enjoy traditional Korean desserts, such as Yakwa (Korean Wheat Honey Pastry), and Yaksik (Korean Steamed Glutinous Rice with Chestnuts, Jujube and Pinenuts), which are traditionally enjoyed by Koreans on special occasions, such as weddings, birthdays, and anniversaries. You can also create your very own Ddalgi Bingsu (Shaved Ice with Strawberries) at the DIY station.
