This October, Goodwood Park Hotel has a number of fun events planned for its guests. There's something for everyone, from a month-long English Afternoon Tea Buffet dedicated to raising awareness and funds for Breast Cancer Awareness Month to a one-night sake extravaganza commemorating World Sake Day.
Throughout October, L’Espresso at Goodwood Park Hotel will be serving an excellent English Afternoon Tea Buffet. In honour of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, the buffet features a beautiful selection of rosy-hued sweets and local favourites. The hotel will donate $2 nett to the Breast Cancer Foundation (BCF) for every paying adult.
Diners can feast on pink finger sandwiches, croissants, deli treats, cheeses, and delectable hot savouries. Traditional Irish Beef & Guinness Stew, Truffle Mushroom & Cheese Quiche, and Baked Salmon Wellington with Beetroot Sauce are all crowd pleasers.
For those looking for a taste of home, Laksa, Singapore Chilli Crab Meat Sauce with Crispy 'Man Tou,' and Chicken Curry with Roti Prata are must-orders. Save room for the rose-themed treats, such as the Rose Layered Cake and Pink Guava Mousse Cup.
Families can celebrate Children's Day on Thursday 5 and Friday 6 October, 2023 as a special treat. With every paying adult one child gets to dine for free (6 to 11 years old). Oishii Kanpai!
Goodwood Park Hotel will host 'Oishii Kanpai!,' a one-night-only private event to commemorate World Sake Day, on Sunday 1 October, 2023. Media Japan Pte Ltd, a Japanese publisher in Singapore known for OISHII magazine, is organising this event.
Guests can enjoy a wide variety of free-flow Japanese sake while dining on an amazing buffet featuring products from the Japanese prefecture of Fukui. The culinary staff at Goodwood Park Hotel has created appetisers, savoury dishes, and sweets that go perfectly with the sake.
Aside from the delectable cuisine and drinks, the evening promises to be entertaining, with booths showing Japanese products, an enthralling Wadaiko (traditional Japanese drums) performance, and a rousing Kanpai (toast) with Japan. Don't forget about the fortunate draw to spice up the evening.
