Artemis Grill, a sky-high restaurant and bar offering Mediterranean-inspired flavours, is the perfect dining spot for New Year’s Eve, with open views of the Marina Bay fireworks.
This year, Artemis offers a 4-course set menu with options over two seating options - an early seating from 5.30pm-6.30pm at $158++ per person, while the later 7.30pm-onwards seating is $178++ per person.
All guests will begin with an Amuse Bouche of Smoked Salmon & Oscietra Caviar, before moving onto appetizers, some of which include the Artemis Beef Tartare with Quail Egg and Toasted Sourdough; Maine Lobster Tail with Carrot Purée, Escabeche Vegetables; or Roasted Octopus “Alla Siciliana” with Stracciatella; along with four other selections including vegetarian options.
For the main affair, choose from an array of New Year’s Eve specials such as the 150g Blackmore Wagyu Striploin 100% Full Blood Wagyu served with Baby Romaine Lettuce Hearts, Radish and Vinaigrette; Pumpkin Agnolotti Japanese Kabocha-filled Pasta with Almond, Parmigiano Reggiano, and Black Winter Truffle; or Moroccan Lamb Chops Green Chermoula, Pomegranate Relish, Cauliflower Couscous.
For those who like to share, guests may choose the 1.1kg Australian F1 Wagyu “T-Bone”, accompanied with Roasted Brussels Sprouts & Smoked Bacon (an additional $28 per person for two) – Chef Oliver’s absolute must-try on the menu for one night only, available for both seatings.
Side dishes include Potato Hash with Crème Fraiche & Turkey Gravy, Roasted Brussels Sprouts & Smoked Bacon or Chopped Greek Salad. Finishing the night right, dessert options include the Crème Caramel with Strawberry & Amaretto, Dark Chocolate Torte with Mascarpone Gelato or Pistachio Semi-Freddo with Attiki Honey, Raspberry Crémeux, and Kataifi Pastry.
