Natassia, the heart of N'atisserie, went on a culinary adventure inspired by her love of sweets and curiosity with the art of pastry-making. After developing her talents through internet exploration and experimentation, she enrolled in official training at HTMi Baking & Pastry Arts. Natassia, inspired by her father, founded N'atisserie, which serves a wonderful assortment of artisanal French tarts and confections.
A Taste of France at Baker X
During her residency at Baker X, N'atisserie will showcase a variety of handcrafted tarts, each a monument to her passion.
Signature Strawberry Pistachio Tart: This show-stopper has a fragrant pistachio frangipane foundation covered with delectable strawberry jam and smooth pistachio mousseline cream. Fresh strawberries and roasted pistachios provide a delicious textural contrast. ($12.50)
Ondeh Ondeh Tart. This tart is a delicious variation on a classic Southeast Asian favourite, with a filling of shredded coconut cooked in rich gula melaka and topped with aromatic pandan cream and a sprinkle of shredded coconut. ($9)
Banoffee Tart: Enjoy the timeless flavours of this British treat. Layers of creamy Dulce de Leche, sliced bananas, milk chocolate whipped cream, and chopped roasted almonds create a symphony of textures and flavours. ($8.50)
Introducing the Baker X Weekly Special
N'atisserie adds to the thrill by revealing a surprise treat every two weeks. The Café Au Chocolate Tart kicks off the biweekly specials. This small masterpiece is a delectable blend of coffee and chocolate, with a dark chocolate-infused sponge, rich coffee ganache, and light coffee whipped cream. ($4)
Please be aware that N'atisserie is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays at Baker X.
