Pamper Mum to a hearty meal this Mother’s Day at the award-winning steakhouse, Bedrock Bar & Grill. Soak in the welcoming ambience and celebrate the occasion over great food with family and friends.

This year, Bedrock will be serving up a four-course Mother’s Day set lunch menu for diners to enjoy in the company of their loved ones. This set Lunch menu is available daily for lunch (12pm to 3pm) at Bedrock Bar & Grill from Saturday 1 May to Sunday 9 May 2021.

The set lunch includes a starter, two main course's including Poached Barramundi and Wagyu Rib Cap Steak, and a delicious dessert for $118++ per person.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

Kick off the celebration with a decadent Lobster Salad. This zesty appetiser highlights meaty, sweet lobster tail tossed with ice plant leaves and tangy heirloom tomatoes in an apple tartare sauce. The delectable main course includes two dishes, the Poached Barramundi and the Wagyu Rib Cap Steak.

Seafood lovers can look forward to the Poached Barramundi, locally sourced from Kulbarra. The dish also features an oyster stew that comprises creamy oysters from United States in a luscious velouté sauce, topped with smoky Avruga caviar and crispy white rice puffs for a crunch and toasty notes.

Diners can also experience one of Bedrock’s fine steak cuts, the Wagyu Rib Cap Steak. In line with the steakhouse’s philosophy of keeping things classic, the 180gm Australian Wagyu steak is prepared over an authentic Applewood grill.

The juicy, mouth-watering Wagyu is enhanced by a fresh lemon herb sauce, consisting of thyme, parsley, basil, lemon zest, and olive oil. The steak dish is completed with sides of sautéed haricot verts and oven-dried cherry tomatoes.

To end off the meal on a sweet note, indulge in the delightful Strawberry Tart. A sable base is layered with strawberry cream and studded with slices of fresh strawberries and mint leaves. Served with a strawberry sauce and vanilla ice cream, this dessert will please with its delightful flavours.
