To celebrate the spirit of love this February, PS.Cafe’s culinary team has created an array of limited edition dishes that form a deliciously lovely Valentine’s menu.
Make your date night extra special this year by enjoying these limited-edition offerings in the romantic atmosphere at any of the brand’s 10 beautiful locations islandwide. These dishes are available from 10-19th February at all PS.Cafe outlets.
Seductive Starters
Burrata Caprese ($25++) – A light, refreshing salad featuring smoky charred tomatoes and oregano salsa, with bright, bold chimichurri pesto on top, accompanied with sourdough crisps for added crunch.
Tomato & Basil Soup ($15++) – Homecooked food is always made with the special ingredient of love and this PS. spin on a classic comfort dish is no different. The multi-layered flavours of fresh tomatoes and herby basil puree are softened by fresh cream to give an added touch of indulgence to an appetisingly comforting soup.
Oysters Valentina ($15++) – A true Valentine’s meal is not complete without oysters! This starter comprises fresh Hyogo oysters with a tangy strawberry vierge dressing.
Moreish Mains
Confit Duck Ragu Rigatoni ($33++) – A classic Venetian dish featuring slow simmered duck leg meat, basil, parmesan and vine-ripened tomatoes. Tossed together with a piquant tomato sauce and al dente rigatoni, making this dish a flavoursome choice.
Pan Seared Ocean Perch ($39++) – A succulent steak of pan seared Alaskan ocean perch resting atop a bed of potato and parmesan gnocchi, green herb pesto and an umami packed taramasalata. Nicely accompanied with fresh seasonal greens.
PS. Truffle Cheeseburger ($35++) – A truffle twist on the classic PS. Burger comprising an Australian barley fed angus patty, sauteed mushrooms, cheese and PS.Cafe’s signature truffle taste sandwiched between two house-made buns and served with fries.
A Decadent Dessert
A special twist on one of PS.Cafe’s iconic desserts, the PS. Pink Velvet ($16++) is a must-try to round off your date night feast. The Valentine’s rendition of this fan favourite boasts a decadent pink velvet sponge smothered in thick and creamy white chocolate icing and is served with toasted almond sprinkled ice cream.
