From January1 to 31, LeVeL33 presents a 5-course Vegan Set Dinner Menu ($98++) in celebration of Veganuary. Curated by Executive Chef Jake Kowalewski, the menu integrates healthful produce, plant-based meatless alternatives and also features LeVeL33’s unique ContemBrewery approach—the restaurant’s concept of incorporating beer and beer elements from its own in-house brewery into the dishes.

The menu begins with a delightful bread course featuring in-house-spent grain and herb focaccia, complemented with LeVeL33 Stout balsamic and extra virgin olive oil. It is followed by starters such as Potato Bravas with smoked tomato, aioli, and seaweed caviar; a savoury "Cheese Burger" Spring Roll with fermented garlic ketchup and housemade hot sauce; and a refreshing Heirloom Tomato and Grapes Tartare with seaweed caviar and pani puri.

The dinner continues with hearty Roasted Heirloom Carrots, paired with a robust pistachio arugula pesto, pine nut granola, and a drizzle of LeVeL33 Stout Balsamic. The main course features barley and farro risotto, topped with a mushroom ragu made from locally sourced mushrooms and chives.

Concluding on a sweet note is vegan gelato from LOCABA—a delightful treat free of refined sugar. The grand finale arrives with the 5th course, presenting a burnt pavlova adorned with coconut chantilly and seasonal fruits.
