Jia He Grand and Jia He Chinese Restaurant will be serving a wonderful range of delicacies in honour of Singapore's 59th National Day this August. Until August 31, 2024, patrons can enjoy a variety of sumptuous yet cheap culinary experiences created by Jia He's expert culinary staff. This National Day month celebration boasts a diversified menu that combines traditional flavours with modern touches to satisfy the taste buds.
Highlights of the menu include a refined Chilled Avocado, Melon, and Berries with Pan-seared Scallop served in a Kueh Pie Tee Cup. Other prominent options are Steamed Pork, Sea Cucumber, and Matsutake Mushroom Dumplings, as well as Crispy-baked Savoury Pork "Snow Pear" Dumplings. The Traditional Laksa Noodle with Tiger King Prawn and the Traditional Chilli Crab with Crisp-fried Mantou are sure to impress those who prefer traditional dishes. Furthermore, the Crisp-baked Pumpkin Medallion with Phoenix Prawn in Soy Milk, served with Dragon Fruit Tempura, provides a new twist to the dish.
A handpicked selection of quality French wines will also be offered at a discounted price during the celebration. Guests can enjoy a bottle of Clarendelle Rouge by Haut Brion 2016, made by the prestigious Chateau Haut-Brion winemaking team, for $59++, a significant discount from its typical price range of $80++ to $128++. Other options include Reserve De Sociando Mallet 2014 and Domaine Parent Bourgogne Cote D'or Pinot Noir 2019, which are available while supplies last.
Throughout August, Jia He Grand and Jia He Chinese Restaurant will be offering a variety of incentives to enhance the dining experience. The Weekend Dim Sum Brunch, priced at $28.00++ per person for a minimum of four adults, is an appealing opportunity to sample a variety of dim sum treats. The Dinner Feast Buffet, available at a special rate of $38.50++ per person for a minimum of four adult diners (normally $42.80++), offers customers to savour a diverse range of meals across a one-hour and 45-minute dining session.
Diners can also get a 20% discount on all ala carte menus and selected wines, with the exception of set dinners and dim sum ala carte menu.
