Made in-house from scratch, pair ice cream such as butterbeer, hay & honey and all-time favourite earl grey lavender with their awesome charcoal waffle and salted egg yolk sauce.
The charcoal waffle and salted egg yolk pairing as created in 2014 and has become a go-to ice-cream waffle for many regulars.
They offer gourmet plated desserts which are best paired with dessert wine. although not Halal Certified. No use of lard in ice-creams/waffles. We label our alcoholic flavours/desserts.

A cheeky nod to the gluttonous side of ice cream, Fat Cat’s tagline is ‘made from scratch’ (yes, that is a pun). Known for their Gourmet Charcoal Waffles, paired with a scoop of their seasonal ice cream flavors, adventurous eaters can try the waffles with the chef-made Salted Egg Yolk Sauce. Potterheads can try the Butterbeer flavor, or expect the unexpected with Fat Cat’s mysterious flavor.
Charcoal waffles crispy on the outside and moist on the inside. Goes very well with their creamy salted egg yolk sauce, lavender bits and caramel sauce. I ordered this with smoked peppermint ice-cream which had a good balance of smokiness, mint and sweetness. Butter beer is a bottle of Hoeegarden with butter froth. Took one star off because of the 10% service charge...if you guys want to charge for service, make sure that it's not a half assed one - a) we shouldn't need to get the menus ourselves, b) water should be served upon arrival c) server should be at the table taking our orders instead of us going to the cashier.
