You’ll find a lot of family-run eateries in Singapore and many of them go back generations and they all have such sweet stories. One such story is of the employees of the Tip Top Curry Puff. These employees meticulously stuffed, folded, and fried the puffs using their recipe and fed the locals for a reasonable price. They now continue to do this under the banner of AMK Curry Puff and the taste is just as incredible as it used to be.
