Add a little magic to your Easter weekend with Binary’s Easter Brunch menu. Available exclusively on Sunday 9 April 2023, the four-course menu - Bread, Egg, Whole Roast, Sides, and Dessert - offers both Asian and Western flavours that allows diners to customise their meal according to their preferences. Priced at $48++ per person, the Easter Menu is available from 11.30am to 3.30pm.
As part of its Easter celebration, Binary is hosting a fun and exciting egg hunt from 1 pm onwards. Egg stickers will be hidden in the restaurant – the first two guests to find three stickers and present them to the bar will enjoy a bottle of Louis Roederer 243 Brut (worth $118++) on the house. Two lucky individuals, one guest per dining table, will win a bottle each.
Brunch kicks off with Binary’s Signature Kubaneh Bread. The popular pull-apart rolls are freshly made in-house and served with garlic butter and kombu butter. This warm appetiser is followed by Eggs, Whole Roast, Sides, and Desserts, each customisable to the table’s preference.
The bigger the party, the heartier the feast. For two guests, choose an Egg dish, a Whole Roast, a Side and a Dessert. For three guests, enjoy an Egg dish, two Whole Roasts, one Side and two Desserts. A group of four can select two choices of each course, while five can choose three of each.
A celebration is never complete without some bubblies, so supplement the brunch with a 2-hour Free-flow Beverage Package. Choose between the House Package ($48++ per person) includes a selection of house wines, Binary Brew, Binary Spritz, Soft Drinks and Juice or the Premium Package ($88++ per person) offers a choice of premium house wines, Louis Roederer 243 Brut, Binary’s signature cocktails or a selection of gin, vodka, and whiskey.
The jubilee is elevated with live tunes from returning quintet Krio, whose music was well-received by guests at a Binary brunch event in 2022. Their beats span an eclectic mix of techno, melodic house, and down tempo.
