From February 3 to February 18, 2024, diners can immerse themselves in a culinary journey, highlighted by a pan-seared scallop shaped sweetly as a heart, complemented by Kumamoto seaweed, uni, scallop tartare, and Oscietra caviar.
The gastronomic adventure continues with the Yakiniku showcase, starring A5 Kagoshima Wagyu and A5 Miyazaki Wagyu cooked to perfection on smokeless Shinpo grills.
