The Traditional Afternoon Tea at The Fullerton Hotel Singapore showcases quintessential British afternoon tea flavours, while the Expressions Afternoon Tea at The Fullerton Bay Hotel Singapore celebrates creativity and individual expression.
Served daily, the new experiences each bear a distinctive character and will include new food and beverage menus. To add celebratory sparkle to the occasion, guests can opt for a glass of champagne in addition to a selection of curated loose leaf TWG teas and a variety of coffees from Bacha Coffee.
Served in The Courtyard — the heart of the historic national monument — the Traditional Afternoon Tea experience stays true to the British ritual with a classic assortment of finely cut sandwiches and delicate pastries. On selected days, a harpist enchants the high-ceiling atrium with melodious tunes.
The menu includes a round of storied teatime staples, from the simple yet elegant cucumber sandwich, favoured by aristocrats in the Victorian era, to the distinctive Battenberg Cake — a quintessentially British dessert, created in 1884 as the royal wedding cake for Princess Victoria, granddaughter of Queen Victoria, and her husband Prince Louis of the Battenberg family.
Meticulously curated and handcrafted daily by Executive Pastry Chef Siddharth Prabhu and his team, the assortment is presented on an elegant three-tiered tray alongside freshly baked scones with clotted cream and jam, paired with a selection of curated loose leaf TWG teas and a variety of coffees from Bacha Coffee.
The Traditional Afternoon Tea set is also available for takeaway orders at shop.fullertonhotels.com. Priced at S$68 nett, it is presented in a custom-made three-tiered box, suitable for sharing between two. A minimum two-day pre-order is required.

The Expressions Afternoon Tea is a celebration of creativity and individuality, reminiscent of Nature’s wild and diverse flora. A whimsical ensemble of vivid colours, shapes and forms, the pastries are served on a custom-made tiered tray and stand out distinctly against the glossy-black tray base — drawing one’s eye to the flavours that await.
The menu takes reference from the modern Asian cuisine, in which bold elements mingle harmoniously with Western influences. Handcrafted with quality ingredients from land and sea, the savoury line-up awakens the taste buds — from seared tuna tataki with pickled ginger and shio kombu powder, to duck rillettes and smoked duck from the Landes region in the south of France.
For dessert, Executive Pastry Chef Prabhu’s creations tell a tale of nostalgia and a return to one’s unique roots. Heritage-inspired treats include the ‘Egg Kaya Toast’, ‘Ice Gem Lemon Tart’ and ‘Caramel Passion Marie Biscuit’. The teatime repast is rounded off with freshly baked scones, clotted cream and jam, alongside a selection of curated loose leaf TWG teas and a variety of coffees from Bacha Coffee. Guests can enjoy the Expressions Afternoon Tea with live piano music at The Landing Point daily.
