Raise a toast against a dazzling backdrop of fireworks at The Lighthouse, perched atop The Fullerton Hotel Singapore. On Saturdays from 15 to 29 July, guests can enjoy a glass of wine, beer or non-alcoholic beverage and a National Day Sharing Platter consisting of locally inspired delights, such as Rendang Wagyu Beef Sliders accompanied with Nyonya pickled vegetables, coconut floss and spicy aioli.
On 9 August, the rooftop celebrations continue with an elegant Singapore Skyline 4-Course Set Dinner and a livestream of the National Day Parade. Menu highlights include Citrus-cured Kingfish with Oscietra Caviar, Somen Noodles in Laksa Broth, and Japanese Wagyu Beef seasoned with truffle, Noirmoutier salt, and house-made hoisin sauce. Vegetarian options are also available, such as plant-based salmon and farm mushrooms.

Exclusively on National Day, The Clifford Pier reopens as a dining venue to host the National Day Feast, an all-you-can-eat extravaganza of local favourites and fresh seafood delights. Guests can also enjoy access to the al fresco deck for an unobstructed view of the fireworks.
Dive into the all-time favourite Seafood on Ice featuring snow crabs, a poached prawn ‘pyramid’, green mussels, and more. At the live station, guests can “zhng” up the classic Laksa or Prawn Noodle Soup with their fresh ingredients of choice. In celebration of Singapore as a cultural melting pot, other familiar flavours include Chicken Rendang, Bak Kut Teh, Rojak, Satay and Fried Chilli Crab Buns.

On 9 August, experience the rich tapestry of local flavours in the delightful Local Flavours 3-Course Set Lunch at La Brasserie. This culinary journey offers two enticing options for the main course - Citrus-cured Hamachi or ‘Seafood Laksa’. The latter presents a reinterpretation of laksa, distilling the familiar flavours into succulent octopus and sea prawn.
Concluding the meal is the Kaya Toast — an intriguing reinterpretation of the classic local breakfast, composed of toasted butter brioche, kaya cremeux and kopi crumbs, served with a refreshing scoop of teh tarik gelato.
