Sugarhall, Jigger & Pony’s rum-focused cocktail pub in the heart of Singapore’s Central Business District is excited to share the Formula 1 Singapore Grand Prix offerings from 29 September to 1 October 2022.
Located steps away from the circuit, Raffles Place MRT and the district’s many business and luxury hotels, Sugarhall revs up the excitement with a special set meal experience! For three days, guests can enjoy the combination of Sticky Pork Ribs and the cocktail bar’s signature serve, Dark & Stormy, for just S$50++ (U.P S$60++).
A new addition to Sugarhall’s food menu, the kurobuta pork ribs are cured and smoked until fall-of-the-bone tender. Coated in rice flour and fried till crispy, they’re brushed generously with a honeyed Korean chilli glaze (gouchujang) for a myriad of bold, mouthwatering sweet, spicy, and umami flavours.
Finished off with crispy garlic and fermented black bean and accompanied by a side of daikon pickles on the side, wash it down with the Dark & Stormy - a refreshing high-ball style cocktail that also helps to cut through the richness of the dish. With a base of Jamaica’s Hampden 4 Years Old Overproof rum, the cocktail also features fresh lime juice and Sugarhall’s exclusive ginger beer brewed with three types of ginger and a secret blend of spices.
Housed on the level above Rosemead to offer a different escape, Sugarhall reopened on 3 March 2022 by taking on the former self’s feel-good energy with a new approachable attitude. Sticking to their original guns, Sugarhall promises delicious crafted classics, an ever-changing rotation of rum flights, and satiating pub fare served with the group’s convivial and fun-loving hospitality. Previously opened in 2014 to 2018 on Amoy Street, Sugarhall was recognised at the inaugural Asia’s 50 Best Bars in 2016 (#48) and rose up the list to #38 in 2017.
