Flow Bar is a collaboration between 1-Michelin-star Restaurant JAG and award-winning mixologist Ricky Paiva.
Being situated on the second floor, right above the restaurant, Flow combines progressive cocktails with world class bar bites.
Passionate about mixology, Flow Bar is helmed by the award-winning Ricky Paiva in collaboration with the One Michelin Star restaurant, Jag. Sip on some classics like Espresso Martini with a touch of dulce de leche or a Citrus made with Bobby’s Gin, lemongrass, kaffir, and seltzer.
One of the innovations we love is Shibui made with Isle of Harris Gin, house blend vermouth, and umami. We love pairing these with Latour en Provence Heirloom Tomatoes, Blue Crab with Laksa & Thyme Citron, and Artichoke Hummus with brioche. Image Credit: Flow Bar Facebook Page
